• भारत में विधि द्वारा किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्थापित (कृषि) या बीएससी (कृषि उद्यान) अनर्स या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10 + 2 योजना के अधीन कृषि के साथ सीनियर माध्यमिक या पुरानी योजना के अधीन कृषि के साथ उच्च माध्यमिक होना चाहिए।  
• देवनागरी लिपि में लिखी हिंदी में कार्य करने का ज्ञान और मूल्यांकन की संस्कृति का ज्ञान।

• For general category and other backward class / extremely backward class applicants of creamy class: Rs 450
• For non creamy category backward class / backward class applicants of Rajasthan: Rs 350
• For the application of all Special Qualified and Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes of the state: Rs 250
• For all the candidates, whose annual family income is less than Rs 2.50 lakh, the examination fee will be payable at the same rate as Rs 250 for SC / ST.
